In the ‘70s, I remember my teacher having one. It had a quirky sense of freedom and fun even though I thought it looked weird and sounded strange. It had a character like no other and happily rattled along like a precision sewing machine, bucking the trend of the other more modern car designs. The films ‘Love Bug’ and 'Herbie Rides Again’ made us laugh and warmed our hearts to forever look fondly upon it. I actually bought a vintage ’68 model back in the ’90s and absolutely loved it - you could say that I literally got ‘the Bug’.

All our prints are printed using water based inks on sustainably sourced 315gsm Cold Press Watercolour Paper (CPWP). A 100% cotton rag paper with a matte finish and a tight, highly textured surface resemblant of etching paper.
Modelled after a true old world watercolour paper the natural white, OBA free base of this archival quality ‘cold press’ paper lends a traditional feel to our archival inkjet fine art prints.
The rough textured surface is coated with a matte coating, compatible with both pigment and dye inkjet printers providing a stable base for our images and ensuring they last for years.
Available in black, white, gold, silver, wood (natural) and brown (dark wood).
Created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish. The frames have a square profile measuring 20mm (front face) by 22mm (depth from wall).
