Shipping policy

We will ship and deliver the products to the address specified in an order by you. Please be precise and make sure your delivery address and details are correct when placing your order - it is also your responsibility to check and determine full ability to receive the products. Tribalidol cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the products arising after delivery has been made to you and will not be responsible for any missed delivery resulting from a wrong delivery address or details.

Once you have clicked to 'confirm' your order on the Site, it is not possible to change or cancel your order. If you want to make any amendments to delivery address for example,  please contact us as soon as you can. Although we will do our best to make your amendments to the order, we are not bound to do so.

Tribalidol and/or any third-party shipping suppliers cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. We will however endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any known delay. Any delivery times shown on the Site are only an estimation - although some deliveries may take longer, it is also possible that some may be delivered earlier.  All estimations for delivery are subject to change although we will try our best to make sure they go as smoothly as possible. If we are unable to meet an estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control as defined below, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

Mail delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss and all damage and all other risks pass to you.

AN EVENT OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

This means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lockouts or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, plague, apocalypse or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport or the failure of any third party not under our direct control.
